SCOPE OF APPLICATION

MAIN STRUCTURE
Working Principle
The discharge centrifuge under the scraper is a vertical automatic filter centrifuge. The motor rotates at a high speed through the belt driving drum, and the material to be separated is controlled by the pre-programmed program through the feeding system into the high-speed rotating centrifuge drum. Under the action of centrifugal force field, the material is filtered through the filter medium (filter cloth/filter screen), the liquid phase is discharged out of the machine through the liquid outlet pipe, and the solid phase is trapped in the drum. The material detection device detects the filling position of the material in real time, and stops feeding when the filter cake in the drum reaches the loading amount specified by the machine. The cake is then washed and dried. After the filter cake reaches the dewatering requirement, the centrifuge reduces to the scraping speed, and the scraper device scrapes the filter cake under the liquid (gas) dynamic control, and discharged through the discharge port at the lower part of the centrifuge.
