SSC three-legged sedimentation top discharge centrifuge

1. SSC sedimentation centrifuge is a three-legged intermittent operation of sedimentation equipment, the material is added to the non-porous drum from the top, no filter cloth is required, under the action of centrifugal force field, the heavier solid phase is deposited on the drum wall to form a sediment layer, and the light phase forms an inner liquid ring, and the clarified inner layer of liquid phase can be turned over the liquid barrier plate to overflow out of the bowl, and can also be used to skim the liquid tube to lead out the rotation in operation

The drum and solids are manually discharged from the upper part of the drum after the shutdown.

2. It is suitable for separating suspensions containing solid particles with fine particles, large viscosity, low concentration, difficult regeneration of filter media, and the specific gravity of solid phase is greater than that of liquid phase.

3. The centrifuge brake device can be used in three braking modes: holding brake, expansion brake, and inverter brake. There are two types of foundations, those with foundations and those without pouring (equipped with shock absorbers).
