Features
1. Three-legged manual upper discharge centrifuge: the overall structure design is reasonable, the transition of structural parts is smooth, the surface is polished, and the external structural parts, fasteners and drums can be made of customer-selected materials (stainless steel, titanium, carbon steel, rubber lining, plastic lining, PTFE lining, etc.).
2. The shell of SB centrifuge is a large clamshell structure (the lid is configured: feed tube, washing tube, observation glass, lighting hole), the body design adopts a closed structure, and the seal is made of silicone rubber or fluorine rubber. It can meet the requirements of airtight explosion-proof, and is suitable for applications in toxic, flammable and explosive occasions.
3. Drive mode: ordinary asynchronous motor, flameproof asynchronous motor or frequency conversion explosion-proof. There are two types of motor installation: B3 and B5.
4. Three-legged manual upper discharge centrifuge has strong versatility and wide range of application. It is not only suitable for separating suspensions containing solids particles ≥0.01 mm, which can be granular, crystalline or fibrous, but also for the dehydration of finished items (such as yarn tows, textiles, etc.).
5. The centrifuge brake device can be used in three braking modes: holding brake, expansion brake, and inverter brake. There are two types of foundations, those with foundations and those without pouring (equipped with shock absorbers).
6. If the centrifuge adopts frequency conversion start, there are the following concerns: (1) the separation factor is adjustable; non-contact energy-efficient braking system; (2) Anti-static belt drive.
7. The closed centrifuge can be equipped with a nitrogen protection system to ensure that the inner cavity of the centrifuge is isolated from the outside air.
