How it works
The main motor drives the transmission device to run at full speed, and the material is introduced into the inner drum by the feed pipe, and evenly distributed to the inner drum filter screen wall under the action of centrifugal force, and the liquid phase flows into the liquid discharge pipe through the filter screen and the hole of the drum wall, and the solid phase is intercepted by the filter screen and forms a filter cake layer in the inner bowl. The inner and outer drum rotate at the same speed, under the push of the piston, the continuous axial reciprocating motion of the inner drum, under the push of the material pushing tray, the material is discharged from the inner drum into the outer drum for further separation and the formation of an annular filter cake layer, under the reciprocating push of the outer end face of the inner drum, the outer drum is continuously discharged intermittently, and the machine is distributed through the scraping trough.
